Donald P. Worthington
Chairman of the Board
Donald Worthington serves as MileStone Bank's Chairman of the Board. No stranger to the industry, he is accomplished in the fields of banking, real estate acquisition, merger and asset administration and was the co-founder along with John Spier, of FirstService Bank. Don exhibits the highest standards of business and personal ethics; that along with business acumen, has contributed to the financial success of many companies and organizations globally and throughout our region. Don has held executive leadership roles with multiple financial organizations across various disciplines. Beyond his financial services experience, Don also led an international health services corporation which gives him a unique understanding of how a strong banking relationship can play a key role in driving a business's success.
In addition to his excellent reputation as an industry leader, Don is an active member of the community, serving as the Chair of a number of community organizations such as the Christ Home in Warminster, the Center for Ministry Advancement in Souderton, and the International Business Education Consultants Ventures in Perkasie.
John C. Spier
President and Chief Executive Officer
John Spier's depth of experience serves as the foundation in his role as the President and CEO of MileStone Bank. He is highly respected for his integrity and character and is passionate about building a strong, successful MileStone Bank through dedicated teams of the industry's best talent. In addition to corporate governance and board relations, his areas of expertise include administration, strategic planning and visioning, marketing, capital formation and finance. John has held top leadership positions in various banks; and, as Founder, President and CEO of FirstService Bank he became known as an industry expert in de novo banks. John is a graduate of The Kings College in New York City. He served his alma mater for many years as a Trustee, and was voted Alumnus of the Year in 2007. In addition, John is a Board Member of the New York Foundation of Leadership, and invests time as an active volunteer for various community organizations as well as his church.
Linda J. Bishop
Executive Vice President
Linda J. Bishop is the MileStone Bank brand champion and focuses on building client relationships and affiliate partnerships as well as promoting the benefits of being a MileStone Bank client. She brings over twenty-five years of experience to the leadership team, including roles as former Senior Vice President of Specialty Markets, in addition to, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Head of Retail Banking for a regional bank. Linda combines her extensive background with a passion for serving clients beyond their financial needs and connecting them with opportunities that will enrich them professionally and personally. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Gwynedd Mercy College with a degree in business administration (concentration in marketing) she is also an honors graduate from American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management. Her commitment to the community and the industry embody the MileStone Bank philosophy and are demonstrated as a board member of the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO), chairperson of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association's Group 2, instructor and curriculum coordinator for the Pennsylvania Banker's Association Advanced School of Banking, and in various leadership roles in her church and non-profit organizations.
Vicki A. Burgos

Controller & Corporate Secretary
Vicki Burgos meticulously oversees accounting activities and records, as well as, MileStone Bank's financial affairs and reporting in her role as Controller and Corporate Secretary. Her career spans twenty-four years of well-rounded banking experience as a Credit Analyst, Staff Accountant and a host of additional responsibilities and financial institutions. This extensive background prepared Vicki for her significant role on the MileStone Bank leadership team. Vicki learned the meaning of hard work and mastered the art of focus as she finished her business degree (graduating Magna Cum Laude from Delaware Valley College) while working full time. Attention to detail, respect for accuracy, and responsive follow through are part of Vicki's mantra and these characteristics are important and appreciated by both clients and coworkers.
Senior Vice President of Customer Service & Branch Manager
Stephanie Ritz provides direction and guidance to the branch staff to ensure the best-in-class brand promise is delivered consistently. As she interacts with clients, Stephanie's relational style is immediately evident and is representative of the MileStone approach to building trusting relationships that go beyond numbers and forms. Throughout her banking career, she has aspired to continuous growth and professional development that has served her well. Stephanie graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and then completed a certification program from the Executive Leadership Institute for Women offered by KPMG. In addition, she recently attended the legendary Ritz Carlton Customer Service School, and is now enrolled in the Pennsylvania Bankers Association's Advanced School of Banking where she looks forward to building upon and expanding industry knowledge and gleaning new insights from banking experts.
Nancy J. Krulla

Nancy Krulla is a member of the original founding team of MileStone Bank and is responsible for maintaining high standards of client service and developing branch staff, and ensuring sound operational practices and procedures for regulatory compliance. Over thirty years in banking afforded Nancy the opportunity to work in branch banking, commercial loan administration and training which provides a robust background for her current role. No matter who needs help, whether a coworker or client, Nancy has the dedication and capability to provide the solution. Nancy's contribution to the bank is invaluable and her warm and accommodating personality perfectly represents MileStone's "first class service on a first name basis" relationship banking approach.
Kelley A. Cwiklinski

Kelley Cwiklinski is a dynamic leader with tremendous business savvy. She not only develops and leads an experienced, results-oriented team, but she is an expert at delivering first-class service. Her clients know that Kelley and her team will take the time to understand the unique needs of their business and will provide them short and long term financial solutions that make sense. This attention to detail and sound advice produces a win-win for both the client and bank. Kelley brings over twenty five years of experience to the leadership team, including various senior leadership positions such as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending and Regional Executive Business Banking for regional banks. She is a graduate of Mercer Community College with a degree in Business Administration and has continued her education at various professional training courses. Kelley is a member of the Bucks and Montgomery County Chambers of Commerce and was a former mentor of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County.
